Card Juggler — Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 October 2026

The short version. Card Juggler has no accounts, no ads and no trackers. Your cards, your pincode and the products you watch stay on your phone. We never ask for a card number, expiry date, CVV, PIN or OTP — and you should never type one into this app, because there is nowhere to.

This policy covers the Android app Card Juggler (inc.trilokia.cardjuggler), published by Trilokia Inc., and this website's Which card? page.

What stays on your phone, and only on your phone

These live in the app's own storage on your phone. We never receive them. Uninstalling the app deletes them, and there is no copy anywhere else to delete.

How checking a product works

When you share or paste a product link, your phone opens that store's page in a hidden browser inside the app — the same page your normal browser would get. The app reads the price and any bank offers from it and works out which of your cards saves most. Our server is not involved and never sees the link.

If you have saved a pincode, the app types it into the store's own pincode box first, so the price, stock and offers are the ones for your area. The store sees a normal visit from your phone. That pincode is not sent to us.

Location

Card Juggler does not ask for your location, and has no permission to. You type your pincode yourself.

What our server does receive

Our server at cardjuggler.com receives these things, and only at the moment you do the thing that sends them:

  1. Request a card — the card name and type you typed, so we can research it and add it for everyone.
  2. Something wrong with this card — the card's id, what you picked as wrong, the note you typed and the link you added, if you added one, so we can check it against the bank's terms and fix it.
  3. Share my cards — the card ids in your own wallet, the name you typed, how your wallet looks in the app (which wallet, and how it holds the cards), and a random id for your wallet, made on your phone and about nothing else, so that sharing again updates the wallet the other person already has rather than adding a second one. Wallets other people shared with you are never sent on. It is deleted the moment the link is used, or when it runs out (an hour, a day or a week — your choice), whichever comes first.
  4. Share on a product — the product's name, link and price, the prices other shops had for it and their links, the store's own offer lines, and the one card of yours that saves the most on it, with what it saves. That is exactly what the link's page shows, to anyone who has the link. Nothing else from your wallet, no pincode and no name go with it, and it is deleted after 30 days.
  5. Share on search results — the words you searched, and what each shop listed for them: each result's name, price and link. Nothing from your wallet, no pincode and no name go with it, and it is deleted after 30 days.
  6. Instant alerts, which are off until you turn them on — store prices your phone has already read, as store, product id and price, like AMAZON:B0CHX1W1XY 28999. Nothing identifies your phone, so these cannot be tied back to you. The reports are deleted after 3 days; only the lowest price reported for a product each day is kept, for six months, so the app can show a product's price over time. Nothing in it says who saw the price.
  7. Paisa Vasool’s thumbs — when you say a tip worked or didn’t: the tip’s id, your thumb, and why it didn’t work if you pick a reason. Your phone sends one a tip in any 30 days, so the count is phones, and nothing identifies your phone, so a thumb cannot be tied to you. Thumbs are deleted after 90 days.
  8. Know a trick? Tell us — what you typed about a card, and the link you added, if you added one, so we can check it against the bank’s terms before anyone sees it.
  9. Keeping the server usable — a one-way fingerprint of your internet address, salted with a secret, so no one person can flood the server. The address itself is not stored and the fingerprint cannot be turned back into it.

The app also downloads a few files from us from time to time: the list of newly added cards, the sales, offers and Paisa Vasool tips we publish, how many people said each tip worked, and the small scripts that tell it how to read each store's pages. Those are plain downloads — your phone asks, we send the file, and nothing about you goes with the request.

Never sent to our server: your cards, your pincode, the websites you added, the products you watch, the links you check, what you browse in the Shop tab, or anything you type into a store — except the one product and card you choose to share, as above.

The Shop tab

Stores open in the app's own browser. If you log in to a store, that login and its cookies stay in this app, on your phone. Card Juggler does not read your passwords, your cookies or what you type into a store. When a store page asks for your location, it is told no: the app has none to give. Stores then offer their own pincode or area box.

Which card? on this website

The Which card? page works out your cards in your own browser. The cards you tick there, the memberships, the cards you mark as lifetime free and your thumbs on Paisa Vasool tips are kept in that browser's own storage, for your next visit, and never sent to us as a list. The link, shop, price and order sizes you type are not sent anywhere either; the sale planner, the collection score and the lounges list are worked out on the page. The page only downloads the card list and this week's sales, bank offers and tips from this site, as plain downloads with nothing about you in them, and asks how many people said each tip worked. To forget your cards, take them out on the page, or clear this site's data in your browser. The page can be installed like an app (Share → Add to Home Screen on an iPhone, "Install" in Chrome or Edge): your browser then keeps a copy of the page, the card list and the week's offers on your device so it opens without a connection. That copy is yours, on your device, and is replaced the next time the page loads.

Two things on that page do send something, when you choose to: a thumb on a Paisa Vasool tip sends the tip's id and the thumb (and takes back the one you gave before), and Tell us sends what you typed and the link you added. Both go to the same place as the app's, are kept the same way (thumbs are deleted after 90 days), and carry nothing that identifies you or your browser; we keep the salted one-way fingerprint of the address described above, for a day, only to limit how many a day.

What we do not do

No analytics, no advertising, no tracking libraries, no Firebase, no accounts, no sign-in, and no selling or sharing of anything with anyone. The app asks for two Android permissions: internet access, and permission to show you notifications (that is how a price drop reaches you). Not your location.

Google Play collects some data about installs and crashes on its own, for every app on the Play Store. That is Google's, not ours, and is covered by Google's privacy policy.

The video on our home page is YouTube's. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; from then on it plays from youtube-nocookie.com and is covered by Google's privacy policy.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary web server logs, which include internet addresses, for a short period for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to build any picture of you.

Deleting your data

Card Juggler has no accounts, so there is no account to delete.

What is on your phone: uninstall Card Juggler, or go to your phone's Settings → Apps → Card Juggler → Storage → Clear storage. That deletes your cards, pincode, watched products, history and settings.

What you sent to our server:

  1. Email support@cardjuggler.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
  2. Tell us what to delete: the card you requested, the note you wrote about a card, or the link you shared. We don't know who sent what, so this is how we find yours.
  3. We delete it within 30 days and write back to say it's done.

What is deleted, what is kept, and for how long:

Children

Card Juggler is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes to this policy

The date at the top says when this last changed. If we ever change what the app sends, we will say so in the app before it starts happening — as we already do for instant alerts, which stay off until you agree.
